African Queen is a South African hop variety. Expect passion fruit, black currant, stone fruit, blueberry, and currant character from late additions or dry hopping. Flexible enough for both bittering and later flavour/aroma additions. The catalogue alpha-acid default is 15%; always use the value printed on the current packet or lot for bitterness calculations.
