Brewer notes

Amira is a German hop variety. Expect citrus, herbal, lemon, spicy, and fruity character from late additions or dry hopping. Best known as a bittering hop, though late-use character can still depend on the crop and supplier; it is commonly associated with lagers, pilsners, and Kölsch. The catalogue alpha-acid default is 10%; always use the value printed on the current packet or lot for bitterness calculations.
