Citiva (Sitiva) is a US hop variety. Expect stone fruit, tropical, floral, peach, and fruity character from late additions or dry hopping. Primarily useful for flavour and aroma additions; it can still contribute bitterness when used earlier in the boil; it is commonly associated with IPAs. The catalogue alpha-acid default is 7.4%; always use the value printed on the current packet or lot for bitterness calculations.
