Brewer notes
Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus (CTZ) is a US hop variety. Expect spicy and clean character from late additions or dry hopping. Best known as a bittering hop, though late-use character can still depend on the crop and supplier; it is commonly associated with IPAs, pale ales, lagers, and stouts. The catalogue alpha-acid default is 15.5%; always use the value printed on the current packet or lot for bitterness calculations.
