Cryo - Loral is a US hop variety. Expect citrus, floral, herbal, and fruity character from late additions or dry hopping. Primarily useful for flavour and aroma additions; it can still contribute bitterness when used earlier in the boil. The catalogue alpha-acid default is 19.5%; always use the value printed on the current packet or lot for bitterness calculations.
