Cryo - Mosaic is a US hop variety. Expect floral, earthy, and fruity character from late additions or dry hopping. Primarily useful for flavour and aroma additions; it can still contribute bitterness when used earlier in the boil; it is commonly associated with IPAs. The catalogue alpha-acid default is 22%; always use the value printed on the current packet or lot for bitterness calculations.
