El Dorado is a US hop variety. Expect stone fruit, watermelon, tropical, melon, and fruity character from late additions or dry hopping. Flexible enough for both bittering and later flavour/aroma additions. The catalogue alpha-acid default is 15%; always use the value printed on the current packet or lot for bitterness calculations.
