Godiva is a British hop variety. Expect gooseberry, tangerine, spicy, berry, and estery character from late additions or dry hopping. Primarily useful for flavour and aroma additions; it can still contribute bitterness when used earlier in the boil. The catalogue alpha-acid default is 7.5%; always use the value printed on the current packet or lot for bitterness calculations.
