Brewer notes
Hallertauer Mittelfrueh is a German hop variety. Expect herbal character from late additions or dry hopping. Primarily useful for flavour and aroma additions; it can still contribute bitterness when used earlier in the boil; it is commonly associated with lagers and milds. The catalogue alpha-acid default is 4%; always use the value printed on the current packet or lot for bitterness calculations.
