American Oak Infusion Spirals is an oak ageing addition intended to build wood-derived aroma, flavour and tannin without using a barrel. American oak often leans toward vanilla, sweet spice and coconut-like character. Taste periodically during contact; extraction continues with time and is much easier to increase than remove.
