Oak Essence (Liquid) is an oak ageing addition intended to build wood-derived aroma, flavour and tannin without using a barrel. Oak character develops with contact time, toast level and the beer or wine being aged. Taste periodically during contact; extraction continues with time and is much easier to increase than remove.
