Acid Tripp is a liquid ale culture from White Labs (WLP6420). Fermentation character can show pineapple, tropical, apple, and fruity notes. Useful for sour beers. Reference guidance: attenuation guidance 75–85%, fermentation range about 41–43°C (105–110°F), alcohol tolerance around 10%. Treat temperature, attenuation and alcohol tolerance as strain guidance; wort composition, pitch health and fermentation management still affect the result.
