American Pilsner is a liquid lager culture from Omega (OYL-102). Fermentation character can show neutral, sulfur, apple, and clean notes. Useful for lagers and milds. Reference guidance: attenuation guidance 71–75%, fermentation range about 9–13°C (48–56°F), alcohol tolerance around 10%. Treat temperature, attenuation and alcohol tolerance as strain guidance; wort composition, pitch health and fermentation management still affect the result.
