Brewer notes
Thames Valley Ale II is a liquid ale culture from Wyeast (1882). Fermentation character can show stone fruit, crisp, fruity, and estery notes. Useful for bitters, porters, stouts, and brown ales. Reference guidance: attenuation guidance 72–78%, fermentation range about 16–21°C (60–70°F), alcohol tolerance around 10%. Treat temperature, attenuation and alcohol tolerance as strain guidance; wort composition, pitch health and fermentation management still affect the result.
