Tropical IPA is a liquid ale culture from Omega (OYL-200). Fermentation character can show pineapple, tropical, mango, and apple notes. Useful for sour beers. Reference guidance: attenuation guidance 85–90%, fermentation range about 24–29°C (75–85°F), alcohol tolerance around 10%.
